Space Boy desktop by loungechap Space Boy desktop by loungechap
I made this for my own desktop when I got tired of looking at the last one.

The zip folder contains 4 different sizes 800x600, 1024x768, 1152x864 and 1280x1024. You can also get them from my website if that doesn't work.

Awesome vector works. Really enjoy them. Do you do most of your works in Illustrator? What other programs do you use?

I can use quite a few but recently I seem to be using Illustrator for most of my stuff but I've been trying to do a little more photoshop and traditional media.

*nods* I'm more of a traditional artist by using pencil, pens, and an eraser. Tryin' to get the hang of the digital art. ^^; Gots a long way to go...

That's the same with me. I only stared using illustrator and photoshop a couple of years ago, before then I would only ever work with pencils, pens and watercolours. I still work like that but it's good to know I have other options if I want to try a different style or look with a piece of work.

*nods* Oh absolutely. I'm actually tryin' to ink in Flash, I like it. It's a pain sometimes, but it's still good. Also tryin' Photoshop for inking too. Still feel a bit comfortable inking with regular pens though.

I've never tried inking in Flash. I prefer just to do it by hand then scan it in.

*nods* Same here...although I hate it when I erase, the paper crumbles up and stuff...at least my scanner doesn't pick it up though. But every now and then I scan the image, then import it into Flash, ink usin' my tablet, and then it's ready to go. Inking digitally takes a long time...but the best part is if I mess up, I won't complain as much as if I was doing it traditionally.
